Policies

Payment and Cancellation Policies

We accepts payments personal cheque or cash
1 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance).

If you cancel more than 45 days prior, there is a full refund. If you cancel later (for any reason) and we are able to re-rent your unit, you will receive a rebate (of the funds paid to us) equal to the amount we recover less a $50 handling fee. There will be no rebate if the unit is not re-rented

Security Deposit

A refundable security/damage deposit is required.

Any costs due to damage, broken or missing items, rules disobeyed or any other costs will be first deducted from your security deposit . 

Your refund will be mailed to you within 1 week of your departure day.

Unit Policies

  • No smoking is allowed.
  • Your check in time is 5PM on day of your arrival. The check out time is 11AM on your departure day. If there are no back to back bookings  Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out options are available. If you are interested in an Early Check-In and/or Late Check-Out, call us to confirm availability. To avoid confusion, never start checking in before the prior guest has fully departed the unit.
  • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals). Pet policy may be discussed with the owner
  • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
  • Children are allowed.
  • The unit will be ready for you on check in and will be cleaned after your depart. No housekeeping is provided during a stay.

Keys and Combinations

You will gain access to our unit with combinations which will be sent to you in a email message before your arrival.
